Q: Can I submit several video requests simultaneously? I prefer shooting in batches.
A: Yes, you can send multiple video requests at once. We will organize them into a queue and edit them one by one. Sending a batch of videos will allow us to begin work on the next YouTube video immediately after finishing one, speeding up the process of receiving your finished video.

Q: How long will it take for me to get my video?
A: It largely depends on the complexity of the video. If it is a typical long-form YouTube video (up to 15 mins), it will take 2-3 days.  If we are repurposing a YouTube video (e.g. for YouTube Shorts), it may only take 1-2 days. If you want us to create a complex 1-hour vlog or documentary with a ton of custom graphics, it might take a whole week or more.

Q: Why not I just hire someone in-house?

A: That is one way to do that, but then you will also have to cover the other expenses of your editor (e.g. software fees, paid media, etc.), manage your editor (HR, benefits, staff turnover, etc.), and still hire a graphic designer for your thumbnails.

Q: When is billing for those monthly payment packages?
A: Our editing campaigns start as soon as you subscribe to one of our packages. Full upfront payment needs to be made before production starts.

Q: Can I have a sample of one of your packages?

A: If you would like to sample one of our packages, we can give you a FREE 2 minute edited video of content.  All you need to do is submit a video request for a sample edit. Just contact us for this :)
